Denver Public Health received funding from the state Office of Behavioral Health for the youth substance use prevention collaborative. DPH will be organizing a coalition to work on Denver-wide strategies to reduce, prevent the onset of, and limit the progression of 1) underage alcohol use among youth ages 12-20, 2) prescription drug misuse/abuse among youth ages 12-25, and 3) marijuana use among youth ages 12-20.
The position for the Coordinator who will lead this work has been posted. Please share with your contacts who may be good candidates or know good candidates, and encourage them to apply by December 15.
